Sara approaches each day with an eye toward how analysis can be used to improve the lives and opportunities of people in her community. She began her career as an analyst and advocate in state-level tax and budget policy, where she cultivated a passion for finding and telling the bigger story behind the numbers. As Director of Administration, Sara oversees AHCI’s Finance department and Program Evaluation & Analysis team. Whether it’s tracking trends in service utilization or estimating the impact of proposed rate changes in the HealthChoices program, Sara knows good decisions require good information. She feels lucky to do work that allows her to think creatively about connecting the dots and communicating key insights.
Sara received her Masters in Public Policy from the College of William and Mary and a bachelor’s in Economics and Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
