Lea Ann Gerkin
Part of the AHCI team since 2009, Lea Ann oversees administrative functions and works to keep the office running smoothly. In her role as Office Manager, she is responsible for assisting the CEO and executive staff with scheduling and Board matters, planning for meetings and events, payroll and benefits assistance, and office maintenance. Lea Ann is the person who ensures that everyone at AHCI is working in a coordinated fashion and has been fondly referred to as “administrative glue.”
Lea Ann also serves as chair for the Employee Committee, which plans activities to increase staff engagement, as well as chairing the AHCI NAMIWalks team and United Way campaign.
