Kim is the kind of person who can take many pieces of information and put them together to form a bigger picture. That talent has definitely come in handy here at AHCI, where Kim supervises staff in charge of consultations, training, technical assistance, and fidelity assessments of Allegheny County’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) models and teams. She and her staff teach evidence based practices like Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT) and Supported Employment (SE), and support ACT teams’ implementation of these practices. With 25 years of previous experience in the public behavioral health sector before joining our team, and the ability to juggle these important projects, Kim is exactly the person we want in this position. When Kim is not at AHCI, she enjoys volunteering at a local animal shelter and traveling.
