Quality Improvement Analyst
Carly seeks opportunities to enhance systems and processes in order to promote high quality services. She began her career in academic and government research and evaluation before transitioning into the behavioral health field, where she previously served on an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. As the Quality Improvement Analyst at AHCI, Carly supports efforts to improve the quality of behavioral health services for medical assistance populations in Allegheny County. She participates in quality reviews, quality improvement plan (QIP) and corrective action plan (CAP) development, data submission and reporting, and meetings for monitoring and reporting purposes. She believes that sound policy decisions stem from wide stakeholder input and thorough data analysis, which she will work to cultivate in the areas in which she operates.
